Our Story
Hey y'all... I'm Anna, and I'm a planner girl. I've always loved a good notebook, a fresh planner, and the possibility of getting everything swirling around in my head organized onto paper. For years, I dreamed of creating my own, but it was always one of those things I'd get around to someday.
Then, seemingly out of nowhere, an entirely different idea came along.
As a mom of two, including a child with special needs, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to keep track of appointments, therapies, school meetings, paperwork, and all the little details that come with advocating for your child. I wanted to create something that would make that journey a little easier for other families.
And just like that, my someday became now.
I decided it was time to learn how to take the ideas in my head and turn them into something real. I taught myself new design tools, stumbled through plenty of trial and error, and created my very first project: The Exceptional Child Companion.
What I didn't expect was how much I'd fall in love with the creative process itself.
One idea quickly turned into another. I started looking at the things I use in my own life, the things I wish existed, and the things that could be just a little more functional, a little more beautiful, or a little more thoughtful.
And Photobooth Press was born.
Today, I'm creating planners, journals, and practical resources inspired by real experiences, from navigating special education and finding space for recovery to organizing busy workdays and making room for holiday memories.
Every product starts with something personal: a need, an idea, or a moment when I catch myself thinking: "Does this really work for me? Does this fit our needs?"
My hope is that something I've created makes your day a little easier, helps you feel a little more organized, or gives you a place to capture the things that matter most.
Because life isn't one-size-fits-all, and the tools we use shouldn't be either.
Made with heart, for every mind.
